The Bluff Point Lodge is ideally situated at 4 Morris Street, Bluff Point. It is close to the beach and a walk and cycle path along the foreshore. A small shopping centre at Bluff Point is within walking distance and provides chemist, postal and hotel facilities and a bus service allows easy access to the Geraldton central business district.
The ten rental units are small and suitable for one independent person and though not modern, are well maintained. They have a kitchen, dining / lounge, one bedroom, plus a bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. Residents are required to supply their own furniture which gives them an opportunity to create a home of their own.
These units are available to men and women who can either be a CWA member or non-member. The criteria for entry is that the resident must be aged over 55 years and able to live independently. They must be aware that there is no personal care provided but they can organise home help from the relevant organisations in Geraldton.
