Situated at 118 Parkin Street, Rockingham, the lodge is a short distance from the Esplanade Foreshore, Palm Beach, Rockingham Dolphin Swim and Lake Richmond. It has nine self-contained single bedroom units.
These units are available to men and women who can either be a CWA member or non-member. The criteria for entry is that the resident must be aged over 55 years and able to live independently. They must be aware that there is no personal care provided but they can organise home help from the relevant organisations in Rockingham.
